Description:
Snake is not bad, not bad at all. It's crispy and great with a light seasoning of salt. I wish we had taken the picture before we started eating, but we just couldn't wait to dig into it. Watching the waiter take a pair of scissors and snip off it's head was a bit much, but I guess if we're going to eat it, we should show enough respect to watch it die. (photo taken by Katy)
